Often called powder brows, ombré brows, shading or micro-shading. This is a semi-permanent brow procedure. Much like a tattoo, a machine is used to create this look, so it can be as bold or as soft as you’d like. The needle doesn’t go as deep into the skin with this service, therefore the brows naturally fade over time (unlike a tattoo). You can expect them to last anywhere from 1.5-3 years. The look of powder/ombré brows is much like a natural/soft powdered make up look. This is perfect for any client who already fills in their brows every day. Soft Ombre Brow Experience

The healing process for powder brows usually takes about six weeks, however some people may experience a shorter or longer healing period as everyone is different. During this time, you may see some fading of the color as your  skin regenerates. This is normal and to be expected. It is also normal for one brow to fade darker than the other. You can expect some minor scabbing and flaking during the healing process, but this is all normal. Just don’t pick it. Let them heal naturally. Most skin types respond just fine to powder, as opposed to microblading which requires more selectiveness. Powder is less harsh on the skin, gives more even color distribution, is longer lasting on more skin types, and can be paired with just a few micro bladed hair strokes in the bulb of the brow for added accent and detail if desired. What Does Ombre Powder Brows Treatment Look Like? The first microshading appointment takes 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. The 6-8 week touch ups appointments take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.
